In my opinion, the education in China failed in the quality of the professor. So I suggest that the education system should change the standard of hiring professor. Today, the professor would be a student who has graduated from university in a few days and that is not good enough to teaching In addition, I hope the university should set up a new system to assess the performance of professors, the student can judge the performance of the professor and if they cannot reach the standard to be a good professor, they will get fired. That would make sure the students can get a better education.
