SJZ系列三相380/220伏大容量电压自动分级补偿装置(以下简称调压器),是采用新设计

理念,结合世界先进技术生产的专利产品。它采用分级补偿调压技术,当测得电压有偏移时,调压器通过接触器群改变一次绕组的连接方式,从而提供不同的补偿电压,加入到供电回路。使输出电压保持在额定围。

本系列产品功能完善、品质优良,与同类产品相比,具有体积小、重量轻,无碳刷、无伺服电机、无机械传动等优点。本装置可与变压器联用,也可在远端供电场所分散使用。对电网和负载的适应性特强,能在各种不同性质的负载情况下可靠地连续的工作。自动调压响应特快,调压过程中无断电间隙,且效率高、容量大,使用寿命长,达到长期免维护连续工作的要求。使用本装置后,可使电压保持在额定电压的±2.5%以,可使用电器的电耗减少10%以上,而调压器的本身电耗不到1%,所以本产品有明显的节能意义。 本产品广泛适用于一切需要电压稳定的场所,如发电厂、国防、科研、医院、邮电、高层建筑、铁路、工矿企业与宾馆照明等部门使用。

Product Overview SJZ series 3-phase 380/220V large capacity grading compensation on-load automatic voltage regulator( regulator ) is a patented product designed by new idea with the world manufacturingexperience. When the sensor detected the voltage deviations, regulator through the contactors

It is high efficiency, free maintenance, large capacity and long life term.Appling this regulator, the voltage can be maintained within ±2.5% of the rated voltage. 使 用 条 件 Conditions for application 1、 电压自动调压器应在户使用。

The voltage auto regulator should be used indoors. 2、 环境温度-25℃~55℃。

Environment temperature is -25℃~55℃. 3、 海拨高度不超过2000米。

The altitude not exceeds 2000 meters. 4、 相对湿度不超过90%。

Relative humidity does not exceed 90%.

5、 安装场所无严重影响调压装置绝缘的气体、蒸汽、化学性物质,无强烈振动。

The installation area should not have corrosive gas, steam, chemical matter and strong vibration that can affect insulation of the regulator.

Design Characteristics

1. No brush One three phases compensation transformer supply a compensation voltage added to the power source, then maintain the rating voltage output. Using contactorsswitching compensation transformer primary windings connection to obtain different compensation voltage output, fully avoid the defects such as high frequency disturbance caused by the sparks due to mechanical abrasion and movement of brush and prolong the product’s life term. 2. 补偿变压器每相具有两组完全相同的220V初级绕组, 从次级绕组上获得的补偿电压串接于主电路中, 其单相接线图如图。

补偿装置的输出电压与输入电压之间存在如下关系。 U2=U1±ΔU 式中:U2—输出相电压 U1—输入相电压

输入输出

ΔU为补偿电压。它的大小和相位与补偿变压器初级绕组的连接方式有关。如把两个初级绕组串联连接后正向接入网络的相电压,则可得到一个与网络相电压同相的补偿电压;若反向接入,则得到一个反相补偿电压。另外,如将两个补级绕组并联后正向或反向接入网络的相电压,则可得到为串联时2倍的正相或反相补偿电压。如果两个初级绕组不接入网络,并使之短接,则补偿电压为零,即U2= U1。本装置是根据上述要求确定了接触器的五种通、断状态。

1、 直通档:K1—K3接通,Kd1—2、Kh1—2断开,此时K1—K3的主触头闭合,使初级绕 组短接;Kd1—2、Kh1—2的主触头断开,使初级绕组不接入网络,因此补偿电压为零。

2、 降I档:K1接通,K1的主触点闭,K2、K3断开,K2、K3的主触头断开,初级绕组 串联连接;Kh1—2接通,Kh1—2的主触头闭合,Kd1—2断开,Kd1—2的主触头断开,使初级绕组正向接入网络相电压,在次级绕组上得到一级正相补偿电压,输出电压比输入电压低一级补偿电压。

3、 降II档:与降I档的区别在于K1断开,K2、K3接通,初级绕组改变成并联连接。次 级绕组上得到二级正相补偿电压,输出电压比输入电压低二级补偿电压。

4、 升I档:与降I档的区别在于Kh1—2断开,Kd1—2接通,使初级绕组反相接入网络相 电压,在次级绕组上得到一级反相补偿电压,输出电压比输入电压高一级补偿电压。

5、 升II挡:与升I档的区别在于初级绕组由串联改变成并联连接,即K1断开,K2、K3 接通。因此在次级绕组上得到二级反相补偿电压,输出电压比输入电压高二级补偿电压。

交流接触器的切换是按输出电压的指令来进行的,只要输出电压超出设定的最高最低允许值,通过接触器的切换使之恢复到允许值之。换挡的切换过程在2个周波(40ms)完成。

principles Each phase of the compensation transformer has two similarsetsof220V primary windings. The compensation voltage acquired from secondary winding is connection in a serial to the main circuit. The single -phase connection drawing is shown in the figure.

Output voltage and input voltage of the compensation device have the following relations.

In the formula: U2—output phase voltage U1—input phase voltage

InputOutput

ΔU is the compensation voltage, and the amplitude and phase position has relations with the connection method of the compensation transformer primary windings. If in series two primary windings are connected to the power source with same polarity (positive polarity), a same phase position compensation voltage is obtained. Otherwise, in series two primary windings are connected to the power source with negative polarity, a reverse phase position compensation voltage is obtained. Besides, if two primary windings are paralleled, the compensation voltage amplitude will be increased one times. If two primary windings short circuit and disconnected from the power source, then the compensation voltage shall be zero, To switch eight contactors realize above five voltage regulation functions.

6、 Feed-through position: K1—K3 close, Kd1—2 and Kh1—2 open. Contact K1—K3 closed make the primary winding short circuit; contact Kd1—2 and Kh1—2 open are cut off to make the primary winding to disconnected from power source so that the compensation voltage is zero. 7、 Decrease I position: K1 close, and then K2 and K3 open. The primary windings are connected in a series; Kh1—2 close and Kd1—2 open make the primary winding connected to the power source in positive polarity, one positive phase compensation voltage is obtained at secondary winding. The output voltage is 1 level less than the input voltage. 8、 Decrease II position: the differences from Decrease I position are: K1 open, K2 and K3 close and the primary windings are paralleled. The output voltage is less than the input voltage 2 levels. 9、 Increase I position: the difference from Decrease I position are: Kh1—2 open, Kd1—2 close make the primary winding connected to the power source in reverse polarity, one reverse phase compensation voltage is obtained at the secondary winding. The output voltage is 1 level more than the input voltage. 10、 Increase II position: the difference from increase I position are: series connection is changed into parallel connection, namely K1open, K2 and K3 are close so that II level reversed phase compensation voltage is obtained at the secondary winding. The output voltage is more than the input voltage 2 levels.

Upon the measured voltage of output, AC contactors will be switched according to the controller commend. Once the output voltage over the maximum setting or below the minimum setting ,it can be recovered to nominal voltage within 2 cyclic waves (40ms).

安装与受电 1、开箱检查

(1)电压分级补偿装置的电器元件是否完整无损。各种连接紧固件必须紧固可靠。 (2)检查柜所附技术资料、合格证、是否齐全,完整。 2、通电前检查

断开断路器(Q),取出控制回路与电压表回路的熔断器。用500V兆欧表测量主电路的相间和相对地绝缘电阻,应大于1兆欧。然后恢复原状。 3、接线

(1)进出导线(母排)截面应按容量大小依据额定电流由用户确定。 (2)电源必须接在输入端,负载接在输出端。

(3)调压器必须接通零线,(N)线从输入端与输出端直接贯通。 (4)柜体必须可靠接地。 4、受电步骤

(1)送上电源,此时调压器上输入、输出电压表指示相同的电压,“直通指示”灯亮。本装置初次受电时,输出端应在空载状态,以后允许带负荷受电。

(2)按下“自动”按钮(红色),“自动指示”灯亮。此时调压器动作,使输出电压在规定的围。 (3)若要将自动调压功能退出,只需按下“直通”按钮(绿色),此时“直通指示”灯亮,输出电压与输入电压相同。

(4)本装置每次断电后恢复供电时,总处于“直通”运行状态,若要进入自动调压功能,需按下“自 动”按钮(红色)。

(5)如用户需每次断电后恢复供电时,调压器自动进入自动调压状态,可选择加装“自动---手动”功 能,但需在订货合同中注明。

Installation and test

I、Open the box to check

(1) Whether the elements of the voltage regulator are perfect without damage. All connection fasteners should be solid and reliable.

(2) Check whether the technical information and qualified certificate inside the cabinet are complete and perfect.

II、Inspect before power on

Open the breaker (Q), push off the fuse (RD) on the control circuit, and disconnect the input voltage meter. Set the output voltage control switch to off. Use 500V mega-ohm meter to measure the insulation resistance between the phases to phase and phase to ground on the main circuit, which should be more than 1 mega-ohm. Then return back to the original status. III、Line connection

(1)the user should in accordance with the rated current determine the conducts cross-section of the line in and line out.

(2) The power should connect to the input terminals and the load should connect the output terminals.

(3) The regulator should connect the zero line for use and be connected to the load directly through the power.

(4) The cabinet should be grounding reliably. IV、Process for initial

(1)Turn on the power. The input and output voltage meter on the regulator should indicate the same voltage. “The feed-through indication” indicator lights up. Indicate this device allows power-on with load. (2)Push down “Auto” button (red) and “Auto indication” indicator lights up. The output voltage at this time should be within the regulated range.

(3)If the auto regulating function should quit, only need to push down “feed-through” button (green) and the “feed-through indication” indicator lights up. The output voltage and input voltage are equal.

(4)After each power-off and voltage recover, the regulator always reset to “feed-through” Push down “Auto” button (red), the regulator enters the “Auto” function.

(5)After each power-off and voltage recover, need regulator keep in the “Auto” status, user may select the “auto---manual” option.

使用须知 1、调压器投入运行前应详细了解受电步骤。 2、负载电流不应超过允许值。

3、输入电压在允许围,输出电压不在规定的围应立即进行检查。输入电压超出允许围,输出电压也将超出规定围,若对用户影响不大,则可继续使用。 4、本装置没有独立的分相控制功能,因此,输入电压的不平衡将引起输出电压

的不平衡。如用户需分相控制,可特殊设计制造。

5、本装置经过72小时连续试运行;正常条件下使用,能在额定负荷下长期连续运行,无需专人监视。

Instructions 1、Fully understand the application methods before the regulator is put to use. 2、The load current should not exceed the regulator rating.

3、 Inspection should proceeding immediately when input voltage is within the range allowed but the output voltage is not within the regulated range.

When input voltage exceeds the nominal range, the output voltage shall also exceed the regulated range, but don’t affect the normal operation, the regulator can be operated continuously.

4、The regulator cannot regulate voltage per each phase independently. Therefore, the unbalance in input voltage shall cause unbalance in output voltage. If the user needs single-phase control, we can provide special design and manufacture.

5、The regulator has passed trial operation. Under normal conditions, the regulator can be operated under rated load for a long time, without need for special supervision.

订 货 须 知

1、 订货时应说明产品型号,包括额定容量、输出输入位置、调压围。 2、 如用户对产品有特殊要求,需在订货合同附件中说明,我公司将按用户要求设计制造。

附注:本公司还生产具有电压自动补偿的照明配电箱,有挂式、嵌入式、落地式等多种安装方式。额定电流等级为15A、30A、63A、100A四种,出线回路按用户需要而定。
