快速退房服务信息
Express check-out information
您是我们酒店尊贵的客人,为了您退房时不用在前台等候太多时间,我们特为您提供“快速退房”服务,退房时则无需在前台等候查房及帐单,我们会在您退房日的凌晨5点之前,将您在酒店的帐单及发票用信封装好,从您房门缝底下塞进您的房间给您,离店时只要将签完名的帐单黄联及房卡放入酒店的另一个信封交于前台收银处后便可自行离店,如无其它消费酒店只扣除你帐单上的实际金额款项。
You are our honorific guest,we provide you express check-out service, no need waiting the bill at the front desk for a long time , the receipt and invoice will be prepared and sent to your room through your room under-door gap before your check-out day 5am , just check and sign , and then leave the copy bill and room key at the front desk cashier counter , all expenses will be charged to your credit card , how do you think it ?
“客人就是上帝”,为更好的体现酒店服务的专业、体贴、周到,“想客人之所想”,在关注顾客的同时,更加注重我们服务的细节,给客人予惊喜且留下难忘而美好的印象,以求我们的服务质量上一新的层次,特制定以下“快速退房程序”:
“快速退房”操作程序:
一、 持信用卡入住的客人:
① 前台在客人入住时,主动向客人介绍“快速退房服务”(确定已刷客人信用卡预授权):
标准用语:“XX先生/小姐,如果你选择酒店的“快速退房”服务,退房时则无需在前台等待查房及帐单,我们会在你退房日的凌晨5点之前,将你在酒店的帐单及发票用信封装好,从你房门缝底下塞进你的房间给你,离店时只要在帐单上签名后将帐单白联放入酒店的另一个信封后便可自行离店,只扣除你帐单上的实际金额款项,你看这样可以吗?”
② 得到客人需要“快速退房”服务的肯定答复后:
前台接待接待收银员将此客人住房信息登记于“快速退房客人登记表”上(房号客姓名、到离日期、信用卡名称及备注等),并在最后一栏请客人签名确认;同时在录入客人资料时在电脑中标识此房为“快速退房”之房间,检查无误后予以存档;
③ 夜班接待收银员进一步核对“快速退房客人登记表”相关资料,无误后交由值班经理二次核对,值班经理在夜班过租(03:30AM左右)之前,核对签名确认后转交夜班前台收银员;
④ 夜班接待收银员按照“快速退房登记表”所示房号,对各房间帐单进行整理、打印,然后将帐单及发票分装于“宾客待签帐单”信封内,同时附上一个空的“酒店保留帐单”信封;
⑤ HSKP夜班每日04:00AM左右,指派一名服务员到前台处领取当日快速退房客人帐单信封,然后按房号迅速分派到各房间(从房门缝底下塞入);
⑥ HSKP早班服务员根据前台转发的当日“快速退房客人登记表”14:00前确认以上
房间客人已经离店并将上述房间实际消费情况及“宾客待签帐单”信封内的帐单清查收集后统一交至前台;
⑦ 前台接待收银员根据客人最后消费情况从客人信用卡预授权当中扣除上述消费,结帐退房(个别情况根据客人要求将帐单邮寄或传真给客人)
二、 现金结算、公司/旅行社挂帐及其它方式入住的客人;
因涉及退房返还现金押金及确认,公司/旅行社房消费限制等,对于信誉较好的公司或客人,退房时,前台采取免查房方式给予客人快速退房(询问客人昨晚房间有无其它消费,根据客人提供的信息,迅速打印其帐单,结帐退房)。
standard In-Room Check In procedure
1: 为客人安排合适的房间 arrange a suitable room for guest
2: 为客人准备欢迎夹(会员卡) prepare in room check in poder(member card)
3: 为客人准备当日报纸,并查房 Check the room with taking newpaper
4: 为客人办理入住,如客人未享受到此服务,GRA需要在客人入住后打慰问电话,并介绍快速退房 if the guest lost ,GRA will make a courtesy to in house guest, and introduce express c/o service
