摘要：A touch panel is provided. The touch panel includes a pixel array including pluralpixels arranged in matrix, plural scan lines electrically coupled to a corresponding pixelline of the pixel array, and at least one touch detection unit arranged corresponding tothe pixel array. The touch detection unit includes a first transistor having a first transistor,
a second transistor, and a touch detection circuit. The first transistor has a first terminalfor receiving a first bias voltage, a second terminal, and a gate. The second transistor hasa third terminal electrically coupled to the second terminal, a fourth terminal forreceiving a second bias voltage, and a gate. The touch detection circuit includes a firstcapacitor and a second capacitor and is configured to output a touch signal according tothe capacitance value of the first capacitor and the second capacitor when the touchpanel is being touched.
