摘要：An apparatus for cutting meat blocks which includes a main blade to cut slicesfrom a meat block and transverse blades to divide the slice into strips. The blades aremounted on a cutting unit which may be driven to reciprocate relative to a stationarymeat block support. The latter includes a slice support structure that extends outwardlybeneath the cutting unit in a comb-like configuration. The cutting unit carries ahorizontally adjustable stop assembly having stop elements which fit and reciprocatewithin the gaps formed in the slice support. This configuration permits the smooth andstepless adjustment of the slice thickness without the necessity of disassembling anyparts.
