Introduction

I greatly appreciate you and the(这里不说your,因为说的话显得生疏,嘿嘿) pany for giving me this opportunity!(看情况有合适的机会就说,没有合适的机会就不用说),可以放在面试结束的时候说)

Would you like to introduce yourself ?”,你可以回答“Sure, I’d like to.”

“My name is Sun Shicai. I e from Qingdao city, which is a beautiful seashore city.

Now I am majoring in Thermal Engineering in Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Sciences and will graduate in June next year.

In 1999, I graduated from 南京理工大学 majored in Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) and got my bachelor’s degree. After that I was employed by Haier Group as an air conditioner development engineer. During my working time, I found the knowledge is a little bit limited and I need to receive further education. So I became a postgraduate in xx majoring in Thermal Engineering till now. I love this major and I am willing to dedicate myself to it.

(From xx.9-xx.7 I learned the basic curriculums of master’s degree at University of Science & Technology of China (USTC).

From 1999.7-xx.9 I worked at Haier Group as an air development engineer.

From 1995.9-1999.7 I majored in Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC). From 1992.9-19995.7 I studied at No.2 School of Jimo, Qingdao.)(去掉不要了)

1)What is your weakness?(这里要注意你的弱点也要从侧面反映你的好处) 可以这样回答(都是以前从书上学的,仅供参考)

your answer:” well, for my weakness, i think i tend to drive myself too hard and i’d like to see things to be done immediately”(红字部分去掉然后加上你原来

(If you ask me what my weakness is, I think)

My great weakness is intensive sympathism, especially, for the weak. Because I e from a poor peasant family, I experienced a lot of difficulties and pain. They need most some help, even a warm word!(你看吧如果到时你忘了就按照你自己的方法回答,但感觉可能不是很适合外 ___口味,嘿嘿,爱你)

2)What is your strength?(就是问你的长处在哪)

I am able to adapt to new challenges quickly and have high ability of research and development.”

(If you ask me what my strength is, I think)

I think I am optimistic, self-confident and modest, cooperative and dutiful, frank and punctual, industrious and ingenious.(你的回答也可以)

3)Why do you apply for our pany?或What is your motivation in applying for Carrier

Your answer: ”Because it is a global famous pany and its high reputation in the society. Its working atmosphere deeply attracts me. I really wish I could get the opportunity to serve this pany, to improve myself, to get outstanding achievement

in my career and to bring something fresh to Carrier.”

What is your career goal in short-term and long-term?

Short-term: To do my best to join in Carrier including preparing all the knowledge and practice.

Long-term: To exert oneself to work for Carrier except for improving myself.

I wish 8000 RMB per month as the start salary and raise after

that based on my performance”.

How do you think of your future? Well, I can say I love my major and would like to dedicate myself to this field.(确信你会一直干本行业) So in future I will try to improve myself, to broaden my eyes, to grasp high ability so as to bring novel products to this field.

Why do you quit from your previous pany since it also have good reputation and Why don’t you go back to work for it after your graduation”,

Well. To be frankly, it is a good pany. During my working in it , I really had a quite pleasant time and learned much from it. Since I decided to

receive further education so I quit. During the 3 years of postgraduate education, I think I have improved myself a lot. There is a famous saying in China: ’People would like to go higher and water flow lower(人往高处走,水往低处流,自己翻译的)’.So I think now I have the ability to serve a quite good pany like Carrier” 10)如果他们问你以前的同事和上司怎么样评价你,如:”How do you think your previous leaders(colleagues or a friend or professor) who knows you well would describe you”? 你可以这样回答:“He is aggressive, self-motivated, persistent, hard-working and very efficient. What is most important, he is honest and willing to help others(前面这些你自己看着答,反正是往好的方面说,如果你对你简历上写的比较熟悉就说那些好了,但后面这些比较重要). He keeps his individuality but likes to

work with others and try to get along well with them. In the research group of the

university(pany), he shows great creativity and innovations. And he has good mand of both written and spoken English. However I think he could be much better if he gets the opportunity to put what he masters into practice in a fairly broad environment.”

11) How would you describe the ideal job for you following graduation?

1)It is challenging and enjoying.

2)It can provide opportunities to be trained when necessary.

3)The pany I serve has good cooperation in teams, humanistic management, advanced technology and bright prospect.

4)It can offer me the opportunities for personal growth.

5)I can get a stable salary and insurance.

12)Describe a situation in which you saw a problem and took action to correct it rather than wait for someone else to do?

13) Tell me about a situation in which you had to adjust quickly to a change in organizational, departmental, or team priorities. How did the change affect you?

14) Tell me a challenge you had in your work/study life. How did you overe those difficulties and achieve the goal.

I greatly appreciate you for giving me this opportunity and thank you for your time!”

About the major, I think I not only understand the theory, but also have some perpetual knowledge. I clearly know that there is much to learn for me.

In a word, if I can join in Carrier, a global, famous pany, I think, I can not only improve myself, but also bring something fresh to Carrier.

2. Work experience

1. As a project principal, I participated in the split, embedded and ceiling-floor type air conditioners including structures, cooling system and testing etc.

2. As a project principal, I participated in the prototypes and later types , mainly for the split, ceiling-floor and embedded types and so on, of Haier mercial

MRV conditioners, including the structures, systems, especially general

arrangements such as design, prototype, test, production organization, production documents and consultancy service for the market.

3. About Carrier

From the time Willis Haviland Carrier invented the basics of modern air conditioning in 1902, Carrier has been the world leader in the manufacture and sale of heating, ventilating, air conditioning, hvac systems and products Headquartered in Farmington, Connecticut USA, with over 45,000 employees in over 172 countries, Carrier bines its global HVAC and refrigeration expertise with the responsiveness of its local operations to lead nearly every geographic market. The history of air conditioning is a history of Carrier, and there's more behind the fort we take for granted on a sweltering summer day than you might think.

When Willis Carrier designed his first air conditioning system in 1902, his customer was a frustrated Brooklyn, N.Y. printer who couldn't print a decent color image because changes in heat and humidity kept changing the paper's dimensions and misaligning the colored inks.

For nearly two decades, Carrier's invention that allowed us to scientifically control the temperature and humidity of our indoor environment was meant for the fort of machines or industrial processes rather than people. It wasn't until 1906 that Carrier, then employed by the Buffalo Forge Company, patented his first device - \"An Apparatus for Treating Air.\"

southern u.s. textile mills were among the first users of carrier's new system. a lack of moisture in the air of the chronicle cotton mill in belmont, n.c. created_用英语介绍自己的一天。

excess static electricity that made cotton fibers bee fuzzy and hard to weave. Carrier's system raised and stabilized humidity levels to eliminate the \"fuzzies.\" It conditioned the fibers. The first overseas sale of a Carrier system was made to a silk mill in Yokohama, Japan in 1907.

Razor blades, celluloid film, capsules for pharmaceuticals, processed tobao, bakeries, meat packing houses, soap manufacturers, munitions . . . the list of industries that found they could improve their products by using \"conditioned air\" from Carrier expanded dramatically.

Encouraged by their suess, Carrier and six friends scraped together $32,600 and formed the Carrier Engineering Company in 1915 - a pany whose only product was a guarantee to achieve the temperature and humidity levels their customers required.

Carrier, the pany, began manufacturing products in 1922 after the pany's namesake developed one of the most significant achievements in the industry's history - the centrifugal refrigeration machine. The centrifugal chiller, or just plain centrifugal as many call it, was the first practical method of air conditioning large spaces. This single achievement paved the way for the upward expansion of cities as well as bringing human fort to hospitals, schools office buildings, airports,

hotels, and department stores.

Once again, though, the first machines were used to stabilize industrial processes like candy and pottery making.

Comfort cooling made its debut in 1924 at the J.L. Hudson Department Store in Detroit, Mich. Shoppers at the store's popular basement bargain sales fainted from the heat as huge crowds overpowered the ventilation system. The sales became even more popular as three Carrier centrifugal chillers were installed to cool the basement and soon the rest of the store.

Many Americans experienced air conditioning for the first time in theaters as owners struggled to revive summer business that always slumped as temperatures rose \"The cooling plant is revolutionizing picture show attendance in Houston!\" said Will Horowitz, Jr., the Texas theater owner who asked Carrier to air condition The Palace, the Texan and the Iris theaters in 1924. \"Patrons exclaim with delight when they get inside the doorway.\"

As Willis Carrier said, though, the acid test came when the young pany was asked to air condition the famed Rivoli Theater in New York. The Rivoli's \"cool fort\" was heavily advertised and block-long lines formed early on Memorial Day 1925 - nearly every patron was carrying cardboard fans, just in case. The film that showed that night was soon forgotten, but not the appeal of air conditioning. Summer film business boomed and by 1930, the 300 theaters Carrier had air

一是贵在坚持;

二是要遵循人的记忆规律,循环复习比一次性记忆有效;
