摘要：A method for manufacturing an electrolytic capacitor according to the presentdisclosure includes a first step to a third step described below. The electrolytic capacitorincludes an anode body having a dielectric layer, and a solid electrolyte layer formed on a
surface of the dielectric layer. The first step is a step of preparing a first treatmentsolution by dissolving or dispersing a conductive polymer in a liquid first component andleaving a conductive polymer solution or a conductive polymer dispersion liquid to standfor a first period. The second step is a step of preparing a second treatment solution bymixing the first treatment solution with a second component. The third step is a step offorming a solid electrolyte layer on a surface of the dielectric layer by applying thesecond treatment solution to the surface of the dielectric layer.
