摘要：An object of the present invention is to provide a battery pack and a batterysystem capable of reducing unnecessary power loss upon reducing the variation in thestate of charge that has occurred between a plurality of secondary batteries in anassembled battery in which the secondary batteries are connected in series-parallel. The
battery pack and the battery system include a switching element Q for opening/closingthe charging path of a battery pack B, a switching element Q for opening/closing thedischarging path of the battery pack B, a switching element Q for opening/closing thecharging path of a battery pack B, and a switching element Q for opening/closing thedischarging path of the battery pack B. When the battery pack B is charged, the switchingelements Q, Q are turned OFF and the switching element Q is turned ON until thesecondary batteries B, B are fully charged. When the battery pack B is charged, theswitching elements Q, Q are turned OFF and the switching element Q is turned ON untilthe secondary batteries B, B are fully charged.
