摘要：A closure assembly (10) for a water bottle, having a cap (100) including amouthpiece (120) that has a first aperture (122) through which water in the bottle canflow out upon suction at the mouthpiece (120). A support (210) inside the mouthpiece(120) has at least one second aperture (212) that together with the first aperture (122)define a path for water. Also included is a valve member (300) that has a diaphragm (311)located between the mouthpiece (120) and the support (210). The diaphragm (311) has anaperture (312) in the path and normally bears resiliently against the support (210) to haveits aperture (312) closed thereby blocking the path. Upon suction at the mouthpiece(120), the diaphragm (311) is deformed under pressure away from the support (210) tohave its aperture (312) opened to thereby permit the flow of water.
