摘要：An apparatus for examining carcases (26, 27) by means of ultrasound on aslaughter line (30), in which an ultrasound transducer (10) comes into contact with thesurface of the carcases (26). The ultrasound transducer (10) is adapted to be mountedimmovably on the stationary frame (37) of the slaughter line so that the carcasetransport mechanism (33, 34) of the slaughter line moves the carcases (26) across theultrasound transducer (10), resting on the ultrasound transducer with a considerable partof their weight.
