摘要：Open-pore shaped articles are disclosed, which contain the product of foamingand hardening of (a) an aluminium fluosilicate glass, (b) at least one polycarboxylic acid ofa mean molecular weight of > 500, (c) a foaming agent, except carbonates and/orhydrogen carbonates, (d) if appropriate a chelating agent and (e) water. The total porevolume of the shaped articles is 30 to 70 % by volume. …The porous shaped articles aresuitable especially as bone-replacement material. …They are produced by homogeneousmixing of (a), (b), (c), if appropriate (d) and of (e), foaming, shaping and hardening.
