摘要：A rolled material dispenser is configured to store a rolled material and to cut aportion of the rolled material. The rolled material dispenser includes a disbursementcompartment configured to store the rolled material. A lower flap is attached to thedisbursement compartment and further includes an upper opening to accommodate the

portion from the rolled material across a lower track on the lower flap. An upper flap isattached to the disbursement compartment and further comprising an upper track. Acutting button, configured within the upper track. Placing the portion onto the lower flapand the upper flap upon the lower flap engages the cutting button into the lower trackto cut the portion of the rolled material.
