摘要:The invention relates to a method of detecting the presence of an analyteassociated with a nanoparticle layer formed at a liquid-liquid interface. The methodcomprises removing a portion of one of the liquid phases; and detecting the presence ofthe analyte by Raman spectroscopy, Infra Red spectroscopy and/or fluorescencespectroscopy. The invention further relates to a kit for use in the method, comprising asample vessel for receiving in use, a first and second liquid phase; wherein said phases areimmiscible and wherein one or both of the first or the second liquid phase comprisenanoparticles, and instructions to allow analysis of an analyte in a sample according tothe claimed method
