The74LVT16245B;74LVTH16245Bisahigh-performanceBiCMOSproductdesignedforVCC operation at 3.3 V.

This device is a 16-bit transceiver featuring non-inverting 3-state bus compatible outputsin both send and receive directions. The control function implementation minimizesexternal timing requirements. The device features an output enable input (OE) for easycascading and a direction input (DIR) for direction control.

This is the bus-hold overdrive current required to force the input to the opposite logic state.

ThisparameterisvalidforanyVCCbetween0Vand1.2Vwithatransitiontimeofupto10ms.FromVCC=1.2VtoVCC=3.3V±0.3Va transition time of 100µs is permitted. This parameter is valid for Tamb = 25°C only.ICC is measured with outputs pulled to VCC or GND.

This is the increase in supply current for each input at the specified voltage level other than VCC or GND.
