【摘 要】In the dryland farm, the dynamic closed-chamber method (IRGA) and the static alkali absorption method (AA) were used to measure the rate of soil respiration at the same time under 3 different tillage treatments, which were straw returned and incorporated by autumn tillage (RT) , conventional tillage (CT) and no-tillage (NT) , and the determination values were compared. The results showed; (1) There were significant correlations in both methods (IRGA and AA) under the three tillage treatments and the former determination values were about 4. 48, 3. 74 and 4.07 times the latter, respectively; (2) Both methods (IRGA and AA) had good reliability, whose correlations were extremely significant and the regression equation was IRGA = 7.42AA - 9.73 ( p < 0. 01). The determination values of IRGA were about 4. 11 times the ones of AA; ( 3 ) The variation coefficient of the IRGA method was higher than the AA method, the tatter's stability was better than the former.%在旱地农田少耕(RT)、传统耕作(CT)和免耕(NT)3种耕作土壤上,采用动态密闭气室法(IRGA)与碱液吸收法(AA)同时测定土壤呼吸速率,并对测定结果进行比较.结果表明:(1)在RT、CT和NT3种耕作土壤上,IRGA与AA两种方法测定结果均呈显著相关,前者测定值分别约为后者的4.48、3.74和4.07倍.(2) IRGA与AA两种方法都具有较好的可信度,相关性达到极显著水平,线性关系
