arranged in such a manner that a base end flange 2a is airtightly fixed to the

pump body 1 to form a pump chamber 11 between the pump body 1 and the bellows 2; and an operating plate 15 attached to the head 2c of the bellows 2 so as to elongate and contract the

bellows 2 with respect to the pump body 1. In the bellows pump, an airtight space 19 is formed between the head 2c with a false bottom and the operating plate 15, and a pressure rise is absorbed and

eased by the contraction of the space 19 caused by the elastic film deformation of
