摘要：A stand or platform is disclosed herein having a barrel or dish supporting basewith four legs elevating the barrel or dish from the ground. A pan or individual containersinsertably receive the legs of the base and are positioned in spaced-apart relationshipwith respect to the opposing inner wall surfaces of the pan or containers. A fluid mediumis carried in the pan or containers providing a moat preventing the travel of insects andpests from crawling between the pan or container and the base legs. Soapsuds, poison orother inhibitors may be mixed with the fluid medium and an adhesive strip may be used torelease the barrel or dish onto the base.
