课题名称:Unit 3 Why do you like koalas?课标陈述:

1、语言技能目标:

能根据所给提示,简单描述一些事情。

能在课堂活动中,用简单的英语进行交流;能就熟悉的话题进行简单的交流;

2.单元目标:

(1) Students can listen say out ,read and spell the key

words ;

(2) Students can talk about the animals.

(3) Students can write articlesabout animals.3.课时目标:

(1)Students can talk about the animals.(2) Recite the animals words.

(3) Write out the drill by listening.评价设计:

1. 同桌之间按照设置的情境编对话,对参与表演的小组按照best,

better, good等级进行评价。

2. 对小组之间的对话按照优、良、中的等级进行评价。

3. 通过习题练习对学生的掌握情况用best, better, good 进行评

价。

学习活动方案(教学流程) Step 1. Warming up

Talk about animals using pictures.

Teach new words about animals by the pictures.

Step 2.Match work(1a)

Ask the students to read the words and the picture, andthen match the names with the pictures a–h.

Encourage or help the students to say something about thepicture and do the match work.

Step 3. Listening (1b)

Point to the numbered list of words in activity 1a andplay the recording. Ask the students to listen to therecording and circle the countries in 1a.Play the tape and then check the answers.

Ask the students to listen to and repeat after therecording and then check the answers.

Further activity: Ask the students to do some pair workin the following way if they can understand the listeningmaterial well.

Step 4. Pair work(1c)

Ask the students to make conversations in pairs.Show the following.

—Let’s see the pandas / giraffes / lions / penguins /dolphins / koalas /

elephants / tigers?—Why?

—Because they’re cute / interesting / fun / interesting/ smart.

Say: Now please make conversations in pairs, using theanimals in activity 1a and the description words inactivity 1c.

Homework

1. Ask the students to remember the new words in this period(on page 116) by heart.

2. Ask the students to practice the conversation in activity1c.
