摘要：A signal transmission structure including a signal line, a first reference planewith a first opening, and a second reference plane with a second opening is provided. The

first reference plane is disposed beside the signal line, and a portion of the signal linepasses through a position of the first opening. In addition, the second reference plane isdisposed beside the first reference plane, and the second opening is in a positioncorresponding to the position of the first opening, while the outline of the secondopening projected onto the first reference plane does not overlap with the position ofthe first opening. Therefore, at high frequency-transmission, the above structure canreduce the insertion loss resulted from impedance mismatch as the signal passesthrough the opening, and reduce the resonance induced by the coupling between tworeference planes to enhance the quality of signal transmission.
